Edward Eugene Wallace Jr.

Edward Eugene Wallace Jr., of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at the age of 54. He was born on Tuesday, August 20, 1968, in Hammond, Louisiana.

Edward is survived by his wife of 32 years, Melissa Holbrook Wallace; daughter & son-in-law, Angel and Albert Troyani, daughter & son-in-law, Mary and Tyler  Duncan, daughters, Lexi and Tawni Wallace; grandchildren, Abigail, Alphonse, and  Abel Troyani, Graysen Wallace, Kadence and Madelynn Hernandez; sisters, Betty  Crockett (Walter), Dorothy Sue Singer (Patrick), and Eugenia  Cozad. He is also survived by his long-time beloved stepfather, Donald Hutson. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Wallace Sr. and Dorothy Rushing Wallace Hutson; sister, Jeanette Hurst.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454 on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. 

A Funeral Service will be held at Funeral Home Chapel - Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana on Saturday at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
