Edward Milton "Eddie" Mitchell, Jr.

Edward Milton "Eddie" Mitchell, Jr. went to his Heavenly Home on April 23, 2020. He was 61 years old.  He was a resident of Maurepas and a graduate of Maurepas Hgh School. Eddie was a loving soul and never met a stranger.  

Eddie is survived by his daughter Leigh Mitchell of Hammond; father, Edward Mitchell, Sr., of Maurepas; sister, Tonya Smith and husband Chris, of Conroe, Texas; grandson, Kaleb Mitchell; niece, Kennedy Smith; and nephew, Camden Smith.

Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Mitchell, and his grandparents, Willie and Edna Balfantz and Behrman and Marjorie Mitchell.

Eddie's services will be private, but a memorial service will be held to honor his life at a later date.
