Eddie Marie Breckwoldt Raiford

Eddie Marie Breckwoldt Raiford passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017, surrounded by her family, at her residence, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 73.  She was born on Tuesday, December 14, 1943, in Robert, Louisiana to the late Hilda Bennett Breckwoldt and Charles Edward Breckwoldt.  She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Eddie Marie is survived by her beloved husband, Clarence Adam Raiford, Jr.; her loving children, Clarence "James" Raiford,  Darla Raiford Himmaugh, Danny Raiford, and Wes Raiford; and brother and sister-in-law, Charles Wayne and Marlene Breckwoldt.  Also survived by her adoring 7 grandchildren and  9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hilda Bennett Breckwoldt and Charles Edward Breckwoldt.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Ponchatoula chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Monday, February 20, 2017 at 11:00 am.  Visitation will begin on Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will continue on Monday from 10:00 am until service time.

Interment will follow in Bankston Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
