Dora Keen Goblowsky,
A graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Hammond, at 1 PM Saturday, December 10th to celebrate the life of Dora Goblowsky who died on December 8th at âThe Crossingâ hospice in Baton Rouge. Dora who was 95 was born in Amite, Louisiana and was predeceased by here beloved husband Edmund Goblowsky and resided in Hammond, Louisiana until moving to The Haven, assisted living center, Baton Rouge, in 2009. She bore 3 children, an infant and her son, Donald Edmund Goblowsky predeceased her. She is survived by her daughter Pamela G. Hyde and son in law, Bill Hyde; daughter-in-law, Dana M. Goblowsky and grand children, Taylor Leonaudakis, Allison Bockerstett, and Josh Hyde, and great grandchildren, Christian Hyde, Carolyn Hyde, and Luke Bockerstett.
Dora was one of seven siblings and is survived by only one of them, Hattie Keen Hyde. She retired from Citizens Bank in Hammond after a long career there.
Dora made many friends at The Haven in Baton Rouge and wants to thank them all for the love and affection they showed her during her residence there.
