Donald Ray Neal -Ponchatoula, LA-
Born on September18, 1954.
Passed today at the age of 68. On the morning of February 13, 2023. He was one of the most cheerful and kind souls you could ever meet. He had A Heart of pure Gold. No matter if it was him crossing the path of someone in the grocery, across the street, whether his Doctor, Nurse or some stranger passing him down the hall at the hospital, he was a cut-up! And he would always say hello and have them smiling or laughing almost instantly. He was a very Happy Heart and Loved to make oneâs day in his own unique way. He was a Special One for sure. He was a wonderful brother, a great uncle and very caring friend. He was always checking in with his sisters and brother, and many of his friends too, to make sure everyone was always ok. He really enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley and Willie Nelson, he was a true fan. He would want everyone to share their kindness and their Happy Hearts too everywhere they go. So, when you think of me, the next time you walk by someone, just a simple friendly smile will do, say have a good day! Please, donât cry and be saddened for me because Iâm just a few clouds and a Heaven away, instead just say a little prayer for me and just think of me smiling too. My Desire was to see My Mom, my Dad, brother and sisters again that has gone on before me, whom Iâve greatly missed from the very first moment they each said good-bye, so my prayer is that Iâm there with them, waiting with God for you now too. Donald is Preceded in death by His Beautiful Mom (Beatrice Pearl Payne Neal) His Wonderful Dad(James Neal) His Sisters, (Alice L. Neal Anthony, Mary Louise Neal Mulkey his brother, Myrlin James Neal and his sister, Donnis Faye Neal Strahan) and Brother-in-law Jesse Wheat Sr. and Nephew, Jesse Wheat Jr (Buster) and Niece Tina Louise Miller) He now leaves behind his Children (he always spoke so beautiful of his children and had so very much Love in his heart for each of them and if you ever mentioned anything about children to him, he would always mention them no matter how far away, he always held them very near to his heart, Lynn Neal, Patricia Neal, and Donald Neal Jr). The Love of his Life whom he leaves behind, Sharron Vicknair, whom he thought the whole world of. His elder sister Nettie Neal Wheat, Cynthia Neal McMorris and Geneva Neal Caulking).
