Don L. Peralta, Sr: Was Called Home By God On July 22, 2020. He Died Of Pancreatic Cancer. Don Is The 3rd Son Of The Late Anthony A. Peralta, Sr. And The Late Beverly Adams Peralta. He Is The Brother Of The Late Catherine P. Laborde And The Late Larry Peralta.

He Is Survived By His 2nd Wife Nelda (Sissy) R. Peralta, His Children Don Peralta Jr (Kimberly), Louis Perkins, Joseph Perkins (Kasey) And Harmony Perkins (Tim) Allred; 8 Grandchildren (Plus 1 On The Way). He Is Also Survived By His Brothers Anthony Jr (Brenda); Michael; Bruce (Connie) Peralta And His Sister Diana (Trace) Brewer Wicker. Several Nieces And Nephews, Great-Nieces And Great-Nephews, And a Few Great-Great Nieces and Nephews.

Don HAs Worked As A Commercial Fisherman In Lafitte and Buras, Louisiana Before Huricane Katrina. After Hurricane Katrina He Worked As A Welder In Buras, Louisiana For A Few Years. Before Moving To Alabama At The Time Of His Passing Don Worked At Mack MAufacturing Inc Of Theodore, Alabama.

Don Enjoyed Life And Spending Time With His Family. Don Enjoyed Being A LSU Fighting TIgers Football Fan. He Proudly Wore His LSU Purple & Gold Colors At Work (Especially During The Week Of THe LSU-Bama Football Game). He Was Also A New Orleans Saints Fan.

Don Was A Member Of St. Margaret Catholic Church In Bayou La Batre, Alabama.

He Was Also A Member of the Knights of Colombus Chapter #2734 At St. Margaret's Catholic Church In Bayou LA Batre, Alabama.

Family And Friends Are Invited To The Celebration Of Don's Life.
