Diane Rose Fazzio Medley

Diane Rose Fazzio Medley was born October 10, 1945, in New Orleans, to the late August and Rose Marino Fazzio. She passed away April 14, 2025, at her home in Hammond. Diane was a parishioner of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Mark Medley; children, Clayton Nepveux, Jr. (Betty), Donna N. Bach (David), and Rose O. Duet (Danny); step children, Hillary Perret (Michael) and Travis Medley; grandchildren, Clayton Nepveux, III, Sarah Palermo (Nick), Noah Nepveux, Jonah Nepveux, Peter Bach (deceased), Philip Bach (Melissa), Patrick Bach (Kat), Katie Bach, Kristin Little (Danny), Jaime Sousa, Jasmine D. Humphrey (Peyton), and Jerri Duet; step grandchildren, Cadence Perret and Drave Perret; great grandchildren, Aidan Little, Ella Bach, Lorelei Duet, and Luna Duet; and sisters in law, Carolyn Fazzio and Patricia Fazzio. In addition to her parents, Diane is preceded in death by her brothers, Anthony Fazzio and Peter Fazzio. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
