Debra Lee Mixon

Debra Lee Mixon was born October 13, 1951, in Independence, LA to the late Willmon and Mildred Lee. She passed away at 3:48 p.m., October 15, 2025, at her residence in Hammond, LA. Debra was a member of The River Church in Tickfaw, LA. She enjoyed her plants, gardening, and cooking. She is survived by her son, Bobby J. Mixon, Jr., and his wife, Connie; daughter, Sondra L. Mixon; sister, Sharon Craig; brother, Edmond Lee, and his wife, Denise; and grandchildren, Madolynn Mixon, Johnathan Mixon, and Sarah Mixon. Debra is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby J. Mixon, Sr. Visitation will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be at The River Church, 11005 LA Highway 442, Tickfaw, Friday, October 24, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
