David Nolan Fendlason

David Nolan Fendlason, of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away at North Oaks Medical Center on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at the age of 78. He was born on Thursday, April 24, 1941, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, the son of the late George W. and Arabelle Mae Wild Fendlason.

Mr. Fendlason was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ponchatoula. He was a retired Industrial Mechanic for Dupont Refinery. He loved to help people and could fix just about anything. He was a Hot Rod enthusiast and spent his spare time either building or working on them. He will be deeply missed.

David is survived by his wife of 53 years, Myrna Porter Fendlason and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Fendlason, and Andrew Fendlason.

A private funeral service will be held and interment will follow at Wetmore Cemetery in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
