Darrell Paul Varisco

Darrell Paul Varisco, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at the age of 59. He was born on April 2, 1964, in Hammond, Louisiana, the son of the late Freddie Joseph Varisco and Claire Cardinale Varisco. Paul loved the outdoors, cooking, hunting, fishing, and bull riding. He will be missed dearly by his family.

Paul is survived by his son, Cory Varisco and his wife Hayley; grandchildren, Penelope and Ace Varisco; siblings, Kristie Chabreck, Francine Zahn, and Sal Varisco; nieces and nephew, Brittney Trahan, John Chabreck IV, Haley Zahn, Lauren Zahn, and Danielle Rider.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. 

A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 am, with Deacon Nat Garofalo officiating.

Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
