Daniel Kenneth DeLoach

Daniel Kenneth DeLoach passed away & into the arms of his Jesus on Friday, November 8, 2024, in Ponchatoula LA. He was 74 years old, born on January 16, 1950, in Palatka, FL to the late Darrell & Mary Hulett DeLoach. He was raised in Macon, GA & a resident of Hammond, LA. Ken was a member of Pentecostals of Loranger Church.

Ken was a Meat Cutter by trade for 40 years. He loved the Lord, Gospel & Country music, spending time with/ family, fishing, enjoyed planting a garden each Spring, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs & Geaux Tigers. He also adored his late fur baby, Abby.

Ken is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Elizabeth Joseph DeLoach; his daughter Nicole Pate (Dale), Sisters Elizabeth Gonsalez (Juan) & Suzanne Lewis (Billy); Sister-In-Law Sheryl Joseph & Brother-In-Law Michael Joseph; Granddaughters Kimberlea Pate (Derek), Amber Pate, Erin Taylor (Tim) & Great Granddaughter Kennedy. Nieces Shana Acosta (Steven), Rebecca Daniel (Brian), Kristen Swinnie (Austen), Melissa Hughey (Brady); Nephews Kevin Dunn (Donna), Curtis Dunn, Malcolm Lewis & many Great Nieces & Nephews. 

Ken was preceded in death by his parents Darrell & Mary DeLoach, In-Laws George & Frances Joseph Sr. & Brother-In-Law George Joseph Jr.

Family & friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a service honoring his life at 7:00 pm at Harry McKneely Funeral Home in Hammond.
