Dale Henry McDavitt
Dale H. McDavitt, 81, passed away on July 9, 2026, at his home in Hammond, La. He was a native of McComb, MS, where he practiced law for a number of years. Son of T.L. McDavitt Sr and Jeanette Darville McDavitt, brother of Jerry and Bobby McDavitt and Katherine Daughdrill, he outlived them all. He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews. As a Vietnam veteran, he will be interred at the Veterans Cemetery in Slidell.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home.
