Cyril Joseph "Cy" Gaudet

Cyril Joseph "Cy" Gaudet, 78 years old, passed away Friday, December 21, 2018. He sang in the choir at Holy Ghost Catholic Church for over 15 years. Cyril was a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Cyril is survived by his wife, Gail Armstrong Gaudet; children, Jeannine Gaudet Ares and her husband Rich Ares and Matthew Armstrong Gaudet and his wife Aimee Mackey; grandchildren, Wyatt, Westley, Simone and Vivienne; and numerous nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents Maurice Phillip Gaudet II and Lillian Waguespack Gaudet; siblings, Lillian Hall, Maurice Gaudet III, Harold Gaudet, Carl Gaudet, Rene Gaudet, Rita Gelpi and Donald Gaudet.

Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 9:00 am until the Funeral Mass begins at 11:00 am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church,  600 N Oak St, Hammond, LA 70401.

Interment will follow in the Rosaryville Mausoleum, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
