Cynthia Ann Wright Peyres was born July 6, 1969, in Independence, LA to Burton Wright, Jr. and the late Evelyn Harrell. She passed away September 3, 2024, in Baton Rouge, LA at age 55. Cynthia was a longtime resident of Ponchatoula and is survived by her husband, Todd Peyres; father, Burton “Junior” Wright; brother, Richard Burton Wright; nephew, Kasen Burton Wright; niece, Kaitlyn D’Lane Burch; and great niece, Jaidyn D’Lane Burch. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
