Curt Adams Benoit

Curt Adams Benoit, of Independence, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021, at the age of 58. He was born on May 20, 1963, in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Curt is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Rachel Stander Benoit; children, Michael Benoit, Caitlin Benoit Perry(Joey) and Andrea Benoit; grandchildren, Pyper, Lain, Bradley, Alyssa, and Joshua; brothers, Michael Benoit, John Benoit and Jubal Skidgell (Crystal); father, Paul Skidgell; grandmother, Allimay Corbello; nephews, Tanner Benoit, Eddie Sisco, Anderson Skidgell; and niece, Laura Sisco.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Darla Rae Corbello Skidgell; son, Joshua Benoit; grandfather, Marvin Corbello; and granddaughters, Lexie and Sophie Perry.
