Colis Calvin Lee, Sr.

Colis Calvin Lee, Sr. was born January 20, 1954, in Hammond, LA to the late David P. Lee, Sr. and Catherine Morrison Lee. He passed away July 21, 2026, at his residence in Independence, LA. Colis retired from Flowers Bakery in Baton Rouge after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Rose Bruno Lee; son, Colis Calvin Lee, Jr. and his wife, Ashley; brothers, Gary G. Lee and his wife, Carla and Mark S. Lee and his wife, Shirley; and sisters, Linda Faunce and her husband, Thomas, and Marion Gomez and her husband, Wilfred. He is preceded in death by his brother, David P. Lee, Jr. Visitation will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 North Morrison Blvd., Hammond, Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. until funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Loranger Cemetery.
