Clyde Manley Armstrong

Clyde Manley Armstrong peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 09, 2023, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the young age of 89.  He was born on Thursday, December 28, 1933, in Fisher, Illinois to the late Harold and Alice Armstrong, and was currently a resident of Independence, Louisiana. Clyde proudly served in the United States Air Force and went on to be a machinist in his civilian life.  He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to all who knew him. 
Clyde is survived by his two sons, Thomas “Tom” Armstrong (Nancy) and Raymond Armstrong (Marla); grandchildren, Dusty, Phillip, Michelle, Ben and Kimberly: 7 great-grandchildren; and sister, Haroldine LaGrant.  
The family will hold private services at a later date.
