Clara Margaret Malnar, age 94 of Tickfaw, flew into the arms of Jesus on March 30, 2021, surrounded by loved ones at the time of her passing. Â Born on October 10, 1926 to Hubert and Mary Allen, she is preceded in death by her husband, Alton Booth, husband, Tony Malnar, daughter, Marilyn Booth Lamonte, grandson, Donnie Gene Kinchen, Jr., great-granddaughter, Bristol Anne Smith, and siblings Roby Mulkey, Willie Stafford, Lily McElven, Vivian Ren, Pearl Evans, Acey Allen, Norwood Allen, and Lawrence Allen.
She is survived by daughters, Kathy Lally (Freddie) and Donna Noto (Tony); son-in-law, Angelo Lamonte, Sr.; grandchildren, Timothy Kinchen, Angelo Lamonte, Jr., Heather Malnar Zinna, Bridget Noto Giaratano, Tara Noto Cardaronella, Brandy Lamonte Perkins, Dana Noto Wall, and Toni-Jo Noto Smith; great grandchildren, Micah Malnar, Ashley Kinchen Dobson, Zachary Kinchen, Brooke Giaratano, Taylor Cardaronella, Hailey Giaratano, Tristan Cardaronella, Brantley Smith, Brennen Smith, Cadyn Wall, Brenley Smith, Violet Lamonte, and Lily Lamonte; great-great grandchildren, Rylan Jones, Colton Kinchen, and Jensen Dobson; and sisters, Doris Bankson and Lois Chadwick.
Pallbearers are Angelo Lamonte, Jr., Frank Giaratano, Timothy Cardaronella, Chad Wall, Adam Smith, and Micah Malnar. Honorary pallbearers are Brantley Smith, Brennen Smith, Rylan Jones and Colton Kinchen.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 1st at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula from 9:30-11:30 am with a graveside service to follow at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Cemetery in Tickfaw.
