Clara Christina Rushing

Clara Christina Rushing, also known by her nickname “Burt”, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022, at the age of 43.  She was born on Monday, November 13, 1978, in Washington Parish Louisiana, to Donna Rushing. She was a resident of Amite, Louisiana.  She worked in the service industry as a cook and was skilled in the culinary arts.

Christina is survived by her mother, Donna Rushing; brother, Christopher Williams; and half-brother, Christopher Rushing.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Dennie Holland; as well as her uncles, John G. Holland and Gary Holland.
