Christopher "Chris" John Emmons

Christopher "Chris" John Emmons, age 38, of Loranger, Louisiana, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, near his home in Loranger. He was born on Thursday, November 4, 1982, in Fountain Valley, California.

Chris is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sonia Letellier and Henry Letellier, his father, James W. Emmons, Jr., his daughters, Emily Grace Emmons, Madison Rose Hoyt and Raeah Marie Hoyt, his grandmother, Evelyn Gatlin, his aunt, Lisa Vitrano, and his cousins, David Tallo, Jr. and his wife Melanie, Brian Tallo and Brandi Tallo, also many other loving relatives and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his infant son, his maternal grandfather, Ivan Martinez, and his paternal grandparents, James "Dub" W. Emmons, Sr., and Pearl Emmons.

A Visitation for Chris will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula. A Funeral Service Celebrating Chris' Life will immediately follow visitation at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Joiner Cemetery in Loranger.
