Christian "Chris" Lee Nata

Christian "Chris" Lee Nata passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, in Metairie, Louisiana, at the age of 35.  He was born on Tuesday, July 28, 1981, in New Orleans, Louisiana.  He was a former resident of St. Bernard Parish and a resident of Metairie, Louisiana.

Christian is the beloved son of George F. Nata, Sr. and the late Jeannette Mary Trosclair Nata.  Brother of Georganne Nata Cook (the late Kenneth), Russell Nata (Julie), Nina Nata Navis (Curtis) and the late George F. Nata, Jr.  Uncle of Kaitlyn Cook, Amanda, Emily, George III, and Ethan Nata, and Curtis Jr., Valerie, and Gavin Navis.  Great uncle of Edward James Delaune, III and Michaela Cheyanne Farr.  Also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 8:00 pm.  Visitation will begin in the chapel at 5:00 pm and will continue until service time.

Interment will be held in Jefferson Memorial Gardens, St. Rose, Louisiana at a later date.
