Chase J. Morello

Chase was born September 10, 1998 in Covington and passed away November 1, 2020 in Ponchatoula.  He was 22 years old. He was a 2016 graduate of Ponchatoula High School where he was a passionate member of the ROTC.  He enjoyed playing Airsoft and was known in Ponchatoula as “the shoe man”.  Chase is survived by his parents, Tiffany Daw and Joseph Morello; grandmothers, Dionne “MiMi” Rebouche, Bettie White, and Joleen Salito; grandfather, Danny Daw; great grandmother, Patricia B. Roy; and siblings, Lane, Jordan, Kaden, and Savannah Morello.  Visitation will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Friday, November 6, 2020, at 11 am until services at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will follow in Sandhill Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Chris Woods, Andrew Corkern, Danny Daw, Lane Morello, Daniel Tate and James Talley.
