Charles Louis Trobona Jr.

Charles Louis Trobona Jr., of Walker, Louisiana  passed away at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at the age of 46. He was born on Tuesday, December 3, 1974, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Charles was a 1992 Graduate of Hammond High School and was a 4-year member of the HHS Marching Band. He also proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Charles graduated from ITT Tech with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. He was a dedicated member of the FMOLHS Team. Charles enjoyed gaming, comic booking and his obsession with movies. He also enjoyed camping, hanging out with family and friends, and his crawfish boils. Charles was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church.

Charles is survived by his wife, Angela McClain Trobona; son, Braxton Gary Trobona; parents, Charlie and Debbie Trobona; sisters, Eola Trobona, and Iris Naquin and her husband Jai; brother, Jesse Roberts and his wife Betty; nieces, Ariana Naquin and Eliska Trobona; uncles, Edwin Lipscomb and his wife Pam, and Gene Lipscomb and his wife Brenda; and his furbabies, Molly, Sassy and Essme.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Louis and Twana Trobona; maternal grandparents, Edwin and Eola Lipscomb Sr.; and aunt, Diane Trobona.

Visitation for Family and Friends will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401. Visitation will continue on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 8:00 am until 10:30 am in the Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Mass will follow the Visitation at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church, 14450 La Hwy 42, Tickfaw, Louisiana 70466.

Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Mausoleum in Hammond, Louisiana.
