Charles Clement Dupuy was born October 30, 1987, in Baton Rouge to the late Lawrence and Barbara Lee Dupuy, and passed away January 25, 2022, in Baton Rouge. Â Charles was a lifelong resident of Maurepas, and a plant operator for Olin Chlor Alkli Corporation with over ten years service and more recently with BASF Wyandotte Corporation with five years service. Â He is survived by his wife of eight years, Melissa Alexander Dupuy; children, Aubrey and Addilynn Dupuy; sister and brother in law, Rhonda D. and Gray Pettit; niece, Kayla Pettit, nephew, Joshua Pettit; great niece, Lillian Pettit; great nephew, Lucas Goins; brothers in law, Keith Alexander and Kendyl Alexander (USMC); father in law and mother in law, Mark and Kimberly Alexander; and numerous extended family members and friends. Â In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Â Visitation will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and Sunday, January 30, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until religious services at 2:00 p.m. Â Burial will follow in Whitehall Cemetery. Â Pallbearers will be his parrain, Michael Fontenot, and Keith Alexander, Kendyl Alexander, Darren Simoneaux, Devin Simoneaux, Blaine Fontenot, Toby Fontenot, and Josh Pettit.
