Carolyn Marie Easley Posey

Carolyn Marie Easley Posey passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018 at the age of 44.  She was born on Monday, March 11, 1974 in Independence, Louisiana. She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Michael Lane Posey; mother and step-father, Brenda and Bobby Hano; father Jerry Easley; daughter, Precious Jewett; son, Jonathon  Easley; son and daughter-in-law Cody and Ashley Easley; grandchildren Carston and Calissa Easley; brother, Toby Easley and his wife Kimberly; brother, Jeremy Easley and his wife Sara; sister, Ginny Bedwell; brother, Brandon Easley; she is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leonard and Lola Stevenson, and Recy and Ailine Easley; and her sister, Geralynn Prevost .

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The visitation will continue on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 9:00 am until the Funeral Service begins 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Loranger Cemetery.
