Carol Kay Matthews Morse

Carol Kay Matthews Morse  passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, in Robert, Louisiana, at the age of 75.  She was born on Sunday, September 2, 1945,  in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Jessie Havard and the late Dairl Matthews.  She was a resident of Robert, Louisiana.

Carol Kay is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Todd and Judy Morse, Kelly and Abby Morse, and Chance and Jennifer Morse; 7 grandchildren, Jude Taylor, Kati Morse, Tess Morse, Blake Morse, Caleb Morse, Chase Morse, and Hunter Morse; 11 great-grandchildren, Landon, Gracie, Sawyer, Jensen, Vail, Jacob, Sunni, Jade, and Stevie; and her siblings, Bonnie Methvin, Donnie Pregeant, Debbie Bardwell, and Buddy Matthews.

In addition to her parents, Carol Kay is also preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Richard Morse; and her brothers, Robert Dennis Matthews and Eugene Matthews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Monday, February 1, 2021 beginning at 9:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 12:00 PM.  

Interment will follow in Sand Hill Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
