Carey Charles Bennett

Carey Charles Bennett passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Betty Daughdrill, and the late G.A Bennett. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Carey was an employee at Union Carbide for over 30 years. And a safety consultant for Dekra International and RCI. 

He loved his family, especially his grandkids and travel. 

Carey is survived by his wife of 34 years Pamela Robicheaux Bennett; children, Randy Roth (Lacee), Ryan Roth and Brock Bennett (Chelsey). Grandchildren, Leighton Roth, Ty Roth, Payton Roth, Kollin Repath, Jordan Roig (Connor), Micah Galt, Josh Galt(Ashton), Peyton Bennett, Max Bennett, Beau Bennett, Mason Bennett and siblings Gene Champagne(Sammie), Donna Kaye Daughrill and Daryl Daughdrill. 

In addition to his parents, Carey is also preceded in death by his children Angela Koretzky and Carey Dufrene Jr. and his grandchildren, Tripp Roth and Carrie Lynn Dufrene.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia Street, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Monday, September 23, 2024, beginning at 11:00 AM until the memorial service begins at 1:00 PM.
