Briar Rose Dauphin

Briar Rose Dauphin died peacefully at home on October 7, 2023. She was born June 1, 2015 to parents Garet Dauphin and Shannon Buzzetta. She joined big brother Rowen and later welcomed little brother Brogan and little sister Arden. She was loved by all for being a smart and caring girl while also being incredibly brave with her cancer battle. Briar did not let cancer define her. And it sure did not control her. She will be missed by family and friends and her death will forever leave a hole in our hearts. 

Services will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, October 14, 2023, beginning at 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.

Our family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Our Lady of the Lake Children’s and the St. Jude Clinic. Also the staff at The Hospice of Baton Rouge. 

We also greatly appreciate the love, thoughts, and generosity of everyone during this journey.
