Brenda Ruth Norred Pierce

Brenda Ruth Norred Pierce passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2016, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 72. She was born on Tuesday, April 11, 1944, in Springfield, Louisiana to the late Helen McLaughlin Norred and Arthur P Norredand resided in Albany, Louisiana.

Brenda is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Sandi D. and Lief Windecker, daughter & son-in-law, Cindy E. and Jim Bowden, and daughter, Tammy E. Thornten; brother, Arthur "Mack" Norred, II, sister, Rose Marie N. Strickland, brother, Dennis B.Norred, and brother, Randolph "Randy" Norred; 4 grandchildren, Jamey, Tyler, Brandon, & Steven; and 2 great grandchildren, Abigail & Dayton. Also survived by 7 nieces and 1 nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur P. and Helen McLaughlin Norred.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 12:30 pm. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and continue until the time of the service.

Interment will follow in Cooper Cemetery, Robert, Louisiana.
