Brenda Faye McNeal, of Livingston, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the age of 70. She was born on Thursday, December 3, 1953, in Independence, Louisiana, to the late Luke and Dorthy Burnthorn.
Brenda leaves behind a legacy of grace, love, and unwavering faith. Losing her has created an emptiness that will be felt forever. Yet in this profound sorrow, there is also gratitude - gratitude for the life she lived and for the example she set. Brenda embodied the highest virtues of a woman of God. She moved through life with quiet strength, never seeking attention or recognition, but offering her love and devotion to all who were fortunate enough to know her. Brenda’s heart was pure, her spirit gentle, and her love unconditional. She never complained, even in the face of hardship. Her sacrifices were countless, offered without hesitation, whether for her family, her children, or her faith. We take comfort in knowing she is free from pain and embraced by eternal light.
