Betty Marie Renes

Betty Marie Renes passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022, in Slidell, Louisiana, at the age of 93.  She was born on Friday, August 2, 1929 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi to the late Lynette Benezue Renes and the late Henry Renes.  She was a resident of Slidell, Louisiana.

Betty is survived by her siblings, Robert Renes and his wife, Kazuko, and Lynette Madere and her husband, Kent, Sr.; nieces Cyndee, Nancy, Janice and her husband, Jim, Keri and her husband, Ed, Danielle, and Kelly and her husband, Anthony; nephews, Ralph and his wife, Sue, Charlie and his wife, Enis, Kent, Jr., and Rene and his wife, Patricia; her special friend, Louella; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by her brother, R.J. Renes (Irma); her great-nephew, Jeffrey Renes; her nephew-in-law, Mike; and her nephew-in-law, Mark.

Services for Betty will be private.
