Betty Sue Kinchen

Betty Sue Kinchen passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 84. She was born on Monday, October 23, 1939 in Albany, Louisiana to the late Ivy Kinchen and the late Lillie Legette Kinchen. She was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Betty is survived by her brother, C.W. Kinchen. A client of Options for many years, Betty was well taken care of by her family and her loving caretaker for over 20 years, Elizabeth Treadwell. The family would like to thank Elizabeth Treadwell, Karen Amaya, Jovonda Fox, Lillian Burise, Sharon Craig, Angela Smith for their many years of love and care they gave Betty, as well as everyone else at Options that contributed to her care.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivy and Lillie Legette Kinchen; and her sister-in-law, Mary Barbara Kinchen.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, beginning at 5:00 PM until the memorial service begins at 5:30 PM.
