Betty Jo Forrest Dugas

Betty Jo Forrest Dugas of Tickfaw, La., and formerly of Destrehan, La., passed away at her home on June 5, 2022 at the age of 91.

Born June 30, 1930 in Tickfaw, the daughter of the late Clem G. Forrest and Mary McBride Forrest.  

She is predeceased by her husband, Brisco J. Dugas,  her brothers, Drs. Gerald     Forrest and Nathan Forrest and sister Margaret Forrest Mixon.

She is survived  by her sister Dorothy Bell Forrest; and children Susan Dugas Lagarde (Charles) and Dr. B. Forrest Dugas (Molly); Five grandchildren,  Ross Lagarde, Lauren Lagarde Hudson,  Alaina Lagarde Johanson,  Megan Dugas Justice and Any Dugas; She also had seven great -grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The services will be private.
