Benji Nicholas Castella

Benji Nicholas Castella was born September 22, 1978, in McComb, MS, raised in Kentwood, LA, and passed away at his residence in Independence, LA February 6, 2022, at the age of 43.  Benji enjoyed spending time with his family and the outdoors camping and fishing.  He was a millwright for Weyerhaeuser Industries with nine years of service.  He is survived by his wife of fourteen years, Angelle Lemoine Castella; children, Noah, Nicholas, and Abbey Castella; parents, Bennie Ray and Monteen Castella; sister, Jennifer Castella; aunt, Linda Shatford; and father in law and mother in law, Harry and Lynette Lemoine.  A graveside service for family and friends will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 12, 2022, at Woodland Cemetery, Kentwood, LA.
