Barbara Perkins

Barbara Perkins of Independence, Louisiana, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at the age of 67.  She was born on Sunday, July 8, 1951 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Barbara leaves behind her loving husband of 37 years, Thomas Leto Perkins, her son, Christopher Rowe, and her granddaughter, Tiffany "TK" Rowe.
