Barbara Ledet Kimball

Barbara Ledet Kimball, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the age of 79. She was born at Mercy Hospital on March 10, 1946, graduated Riverdale High School in Jefferson, Louisiana. Barbara was a devoted mother who always volunteered her time in support of her children's education.

Survived by children, Michelle and Dave Kimball, Hammond, and brothers, Edward J. Ledet (his wife and Mom’s oldest friend Pam) and Aaron Ledet (Stacey).

Preceded in death by parents Edward and Thais Ledet, sister Patsy, brothers Sim and Joseph Ledet.

Family and friends will be received at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 600 North Oak Street, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 9:00 am until the Funeral Mass begins at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
