Arvil "Richard" Haggard

Arvil "Richard" Haggard passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023, in Mount Hermon, Louisiana, at the age of 62.  He was born on Saturday, June 18, 1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Minnie Davis Haggard and the late Cecil Haggard.  He was a resident of Mount Hermon, Louisiana.

Richard is survived by his wife, Sonya Smith Haggard; children, Jeremy Haggard and his spouse, Samantha Lew, Robert Haggard and his wife, Jamie, Kiley Haggard and her spouse, Justin Lombas, and Sarah Haggard and her spouse Joe Slaven; grandchildren, Cheyenne Haggard, Robert Haggard, Jr., Hailey Lombas, Aiden Sackett, Ian Sackett, Wade Lombas, Jaze Sackett, Phoenix Haggard, Nash Haggard, and Colt Haggard; sister, Roxanne Dewitt; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Haggard and Minnie Davis Haggard; and his brothers, Thomas Haggard and Cecil Haggard, Jr.

Services for Richard will be private.
