Angelina Recatto Bryja

Angelina Recatto Bryja passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021, in Acworth, Georgia, at the age of 84. She was born on Wednesday, October 14, 1936 in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Phyllis Trippi Recatto and the late Peter Recatto. She will be interred beside her husband at Rose Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana on October 15, 2021 where many of her relatives have been buried for generation. She was a long time resident of Arlington Heights, Illinois and Dunwoody, Georgia.

Angelina is survived by her children, Jim H. Bryja (Susan), Renee B Spano (Frank), and Darrell A. Bryja; brother, Peter Recatto; grandchildren, Stephanie Neganborn, Frank Spano, Jr., Kathrine Wilke, James H. Bryja III, and Megan Brown; great-grandchildren, Harrison Neganborn and Ethan Wilke.

In addition to her parents, Angelina is also preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James H. Bryja.

Services for Angelina will be private.
