Amy Aline Forrest Pahnka

Amy was born May 20, 1943 in Springfield, LA and passed away November 27, 2020, in Covington, LA at the age of 77.  She was a member of Roseland Baptist Church and a retired seamstress.  She is survived by her children Kevlyn Reid, Alfred Reid, Roxy Turner, Susie Reid and Donna Dedon;  partner, William Miller; fourteen grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.  Amy is preceded in death by her husband John Pahnka; one grandchild; and four great grandchildren.  Visitation will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, LA, Thursday, December 3, 2020, from 9:00 am until religious services at 11:00 am conducted by Rev. Nathan Wall.  Interment will follow in Arcola Roseland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dustin Dedon, Paul Luters, Brian Forrest, Les Forrest, Donald Ray Miller and David Miller.
