Allen Michael Thibodeaux

Allen Michael Thibodeaux passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, in Independence, Louisiana, at the age of 76.  He was born on Thursday, March 15, 1945 in Harvey, Louisiana to the late Albert and Cecilia Crabtree Thibodeaux.  He was a resident of Independence, Louisiana.

Allen is survived by his wife, Brenda Thibodeaux; sister, Betty Hardy; children, Alton Ray(Scarlett), John Brubaker, Jimmy Brubaker, Thomas Thibodeaux(Melanie), Lizzabeth Young(Mark), Patrick Thibodeaux, and Joseph Meaux(Beth); grandchildren, Rowdy Ray, Ridge Ray, Brandy Fralick, Jessica Young, Samantha Young, Carollynn Gates, Logan Thibodeaux, Joseph Sonnier, Austin Meaux, Lain Belliot, Ariya Wheeler, Brianna Brubaker, Avrie Brubaker, Chloe Brubaker, Brenden Brubaker, Jon Brubaker, Ariana Brubaker, Elizabeth Brubaker, and Haylee Brubaker; great-grandchildren, Riece Ray, Rylee Ray, Weslyn Ray, Jessie Ray, Sadie McKigney, Trever Murray, Chase Oliphant, Xavier Ardon, Isabella Ardon, and Nova Ardon; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Thibodeaux; mother, Cecilia Thibodeaux; brother, Wilber Thibodeaux; and grandson, Chad Taylor.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at New Life Baptist Church, 24642 Highway 442, Independence, Louisiana 70443, on Monday, December 6, 2021 beginning at 10:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 1:00 PM.  

Interment will follow at New Life Baptist Church Cemetery, Independence, Louisiana.
