Alisa Burnthorn Pravata

Alisa Burnthorn Pravata was born March 9, 1960, in Hammond, LA and passed away February 22, 2022, in Covington, LA at age 61.  She was a lifelong resident of Loranger, LA.  Alisa is survived by her children, Shanna Maples (Chris), Johnny Pravata (Amanda), and Samantha Pravata; brother, Lynn Burnthorn; mother, Blanche Burnthorn; and grandchildren, Chandler Maples, Sarah Maples, Jeno Pravata, Trent Pravata, Treyvin Roberts, Scarlett Roberts, and Lena Roberts.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Sam Pravata; father, Sidney Burnthorn; and brother Lionel “Zeno” Burnthorn.  Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 North Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, LA, Monday, February 28, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until religious services at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will follow in Loranger Cemetery.
